By tapping into this e- discussion group, in-plants can post a question to colleagues and get fast answers whenever needed. This service is absolutely free and available exclusively to IPMA in-plant members. All subscriptions are screened by IPMA headquarters and only IPMA in-plants have access to this message board and its postings. No vendors are allowed access.

You as a member can join different e-list and view archived messages directly in your profile on today's IPMA website. www.ipma.org

1. Log into My Profile from the Member Center
2. In the My Features tab, click E-Lists.
3. Make sure you are subscribed to lists available to you. (Subscribe/Unsubsribe)
4. Make note of the list address or addresses you subscribe to.
5. Click Edit to control your preferences. (This is to allow discussions to come directly to your email address vs just on the ipma site.) (Preferences)
6. Click the list name to see and search previous posts. (Archived Messages)
7. To start participating, click Post a New Message or send an email to the list address.

• First-time users (once registered) can post their questions to any E-List by sending their question to the list address:

• IPMAServ - IPMAServ usage is limited to ALL regular IPMA in-plant members only. Vendor members are not permitted to participate or even “listen in” on conversations so that members can carry on candid conversations regarding equipment and product issues that they may have experienced.
• NGPAServ – NGPAServ usage is limited to regular IPMA in-plant members in the government sector ONLY. Vendor Members are not permitted at this time.

•   If you wish to respond to an email sent to the E-List audience, simply hit respond and it will be sent to everyone on listserv.
• It is important to note that if you wish to respond one-on-one confidentially to a question, you must type the individual’s email address in the TO: box, otherwise your response will go to everyone.  

• If you plan to be out of the office for an extended period of time and wish to have your participation temporarily suspended, you are in control. Just login to My Profile from the IPMA website and turn off notifications.
