President Mike Lincoln Northern Regional Manager Integrated Document Solutions (IDS), Colorado Division of Central Services
Mike Lincoln is responsible for the graphic design, printing, mail, delivery and dispatch operations within Division of Central Services. His extensive experience includes developing and deploying support infrastructures, developing production strategies, corporate communications, and senior technical support services. With over 25 years of experience in printing and the printing industry coupled with his extensive customer relations background, he has brought a new level of service and quality to IDS and the State of Colorado.

 

Vice-President John Wright, Duplicating Services Manager, Alaska Legislative Affairs Agency

 

Treasurer Richard Beto is Director of Document Services for The University of Texas at Austin . He has held his position since May, 2004. He currently manages a $9 million operating budget while providing printing, copy center and mail services to UT and Texas state agencies. Prior to arriving in Austin, he had served his alma mater, West Virginia University, for 26 years as Director of Printing Services.

 

Central Region Director Timothy Smith, Director, Publishing Services Section, State of Wisconsin is the Director of the State of Wisconsin’s consolidated print and mail facility. Tim has previously managed the print side and the mail side of the house at separate times. Tim has been employed by the State of Wisconsin for twenty years. Prior to state employment Tim was a goldsmith. Tim has been a past board member of the Madison Area PCC. Currently Tim belongs to the Wisconsin State Mail Managers council and the NGPA. Tim holds a BA from the College of Wooster in Ohio.

 

Eastern Region Director Dan Brush, Digital Printing Supervisor, BGS, Government Business Services

 

Southern Region Director Tammy Golden, Director, Printing Division, State of Tennessee is Director of Printing and Media Services for the State of Tennessee, where she is responsible for printing, graphic design, photography and micrographics services for all branches of state government. Tammy has worked for the State of Tennessee for eleven years. Prior to state service, she worked in the commercial print and envelope manufacturing industries.

 

Western Region Director Ryan Betcher is the Print to Post Manager for the State of Montana, Department of Administration General Services Division, Print & Mail Services.Print & Mail Services provides both digital & offset printing for the State of Montana from its main complex and two off site Quick Copy centers. Print and Mail Services also handles Warrant Writing, Mail processing, Main Frame printing, Legislative printing, & Mail Courier Services for the State of Montana with a annual operations budget of $11 million. Ryan has been with Print & Mail Services for 20 years starting as a temporary press operator for the Legislative Session. From there he advanced through the agencies various departments holding supervisor positions in the Bindery, Pressroom & Mail Preparations areas. Prior to employment with the state of Montana Ryan was employed by Tangent Engineering & Surveying starting as a rod man and working his way up to crew chief. Tangent Engineering was specialized the mining industry and worked with many of the large mining companies operating in Montana.

 

 Bylaws Committee Chair Andrew Sherman Director, Director of Congressional Relations at the U.S. Government Printing Office, serves as the official point of contact with the Congress, providing direct liaison with the Congress on behalf of the Public Printer and the U.S. Government Printing Office. Sherman communicates GPO news and other information to the Congress, responds to inquiries from Member and committee offices, works directly with the Joint Committee on Printing, monitors congressional action for impacts on the GPO, and coordinates the GPO’s congressional testimony and legislative initiatives.
